I'm in need of a little help. The tech fact section appears to be incorrect and the images are broken. I don't have sufficient permission to reply to the thread.

Now the grounds...

CDI Black Eyelet/Male - Ground Post - OverHeat Senor (Female) Note - Tape up if not using sensor

Solonoid Black Eyelet - Ground Post
Retifier Black Eyelet - Ground Post
Start/Stop Switch Black Eyelet/Male - Stator Black/Female/Eyelet

The CDI/MSD is a female, not a male, so I can not plug it into the Temp sensor
The stator is a male, so I cannot plug it into the start/stop switch.

I am assuming the stator gets plugged into the CDI and the temp sensor gets plugged into the start/stop? Someone help me out here. I know I don't need the temp sensor, actually, I plan to just zip-tie the sensor to the ebox when I switch the head, but can someone please tell me the 'correct way' to hook them up.

Just out of curiosity, since they all get secured to the same ground post, does it even matter if any of them are plugged in? And there are 2 places side by side to attach the 5 or 6 ground rings, does it matter when rings are touching, can all 5 be on the same screw, or does it matter if they are split up?

I'm sure I would have saved myself some hassle if I took a picture a week ago when I took the ebox apart for paint, but all well now I guess.

PS. The bolts needed to hold down the MSD box are M6x25 (actually 27 may be better but that's not an option)

The white and red/white wires are not hooked up because Ryan either didn't have the jumper wire, or forgot to give it to me, but in either case, I know white plugs into white/red, but I don't have the double female to make it happen, so I'll have to run out later and get the stuff.

The electric box chassis rear (metal part) is effectively an earth plate so you can connect all black rings to one or anywhere on the backing plate, just make sure the surfaces are clean and paint free.

Which male should be plugged into which female? Does it matter?

Bump. Anyone? There are 2 male and 2 female bullet connectors, and all 4 have ring connectors and they all ground to the same post. I don't really see how it could matter.

Based on this diagram attached below, the ground on the CDI connects to the ground on the stator, and the ground on the temp sensor connects to the ground on the start/stop. Then, all 5 ring connectors (coil has a ring but no bullet, so 5 rings) get grounded to the same post. So, that is how I am going to run it unless someone objects. I'm waiting to get my pipe back to paint so I wont get to start the ski for a few days, but will update on how things worked.
