Try [mention]OCD Solutions [/mention]. He has a dynamic bench test setup.

Unit will have same features as you know from zeel along with another cool option.
This unit can run MSD pickups OR hall sensor (just chooses wich one you are running in the software)

This Cat was not supposed to come out of the bag Just yet. But Yes, I have been working very closely with Zeeltronics over the last 14 months to develop a TL ignition.
Currently, This is extremely close. Stay tuned………… release very soon!

I tried to convince Borut 5 years ago about making a brain that was a direct replacement for MSD brain, 5 years ago - also send him a MSD pickup to messaure and got the first MS-01 14 or 15 months ago and been giving him feedback to make the updated versions of the MS-01 :)
I asked Borut before making this post :)

MSD will check your box for $35 if you send it in. Sounds like you could have an issue at the pickups or the brain is starting to die.

But you can just short the inputs with a piece of wire, insted of using pickups.
Hardwire the entire system.
Short circut ch1 and se if it sparks on ch 1
short circut ch2 and see if sparks on ch 2
short circut ch3 and see if sparks on ch 3
If that dosent work - its a paper weight :S

This will not help as spark is not the issue. It sparks and runs on both cylinders.

You know, I spent all summer chasing MSD problems on my ski, throwing parts and time at it. Turned out to be my fuel filter was bad and would run fine for a minute of two, then start restricting flow…

Have you tried swapping one of the pickups over to another channel , I have heard of just one channel going out before on MSD's , Also what kind of spark plugs are you

running if they are non resistor it can send out EMF signals that the MSD can't interpret and so it just shuts down.

I have never seen it on Aan MSD before but I have seen it on Seadoo MPEM's before and that is exactly what it does runs for a second and cuts off, it will restart immediately then cut off again within a few seconds.

The old analog 4270 systems didn't care what plug you had but the newer digital ones probably do.

If the channel was bad wouldn’t it cause a no spark issue vs box shutting off when hitting higher rpm’s?
Also running same plugs I did all season. 170 gallons of fuel no issue with these plugs. It runs fine under roughly 3/4 throttle. It was dying when I landed from flips. That changed to this current issue after I swapped shifty mods to a brand new one.

I will be doing new triggers. New battery cables and a few other electrical clean ups and retesting sunday

Did you try bypassing the module altogether?
