Yes Matt, mostly salt i ride in.
The total loss came already installed in a seadoo water tight electric box. Got it mounted today and it fired up first time, all connections are inside the box apart from my handlebar mounted bilge switch.
Ski is a 05 superjet,riva head 35cc domes,rive wet pipe, boysen rad valves,setback concord 13/17 and bored nozel with stubby cone. The carbs are stock 38s with 75 pilots 137.5 mains and bottom screws out 3/4 tops out 1 turn.
Do you think i will have to adjust my high and low screws after installing the total loss?
Cant wait to get out on the water after work tomorrow to see what it runs like.
Do you think ill notice a big difference?

Excuse the bad pics, i took them with my phone. The box is out of an old shape Sea-Doo XP
Its no looker but it keeps the salt water out.
Iv mounted two rectangular blocks two the hull bulk head and the electric box has two moulded slots at the bottom back face....... these slide straight onto the blocks for location.
I have still to make a bracket that screws behind the hood latch and ill attach a bungy cord threw the bottom of the bulk head up and over the electric box and attach to the bracket for extra support. At the minute its just being with a few tie-wraps to get me up and running.
There was huge difference down low and midrange power, the water was very choppy today so didnt get any WOT runs, cant wait to get back out again tomorrow for more riding. :smile:
