Hell yeah, I just started running a jetinetics TL this season and really like it. Setting it up the first time was a little long but a good learning experience. The second time was much easier, plus I only have about $250 into the setup which is a fraction of what a stock ignition and lightened OEM flywheel would have cost me.

Exactly. Mine was quite a bit harder to install because I ran into a few hiccups with screwy parts but well worth the effort. Once I got a taste of what it could do, I was determined to make it work right...there was no going back to stock!

How long can you run two bilge pumps on a TL setup?

I'll don't know about 2 bilge pumps but I run a single 500gph attwood at all times when I ride. I also won't turn it off if I plan on going back out within an hour because I'm afraid I'll forget to turn it back on. I know I've ridden 4-5 hours and had the bilge running for at least another hour on top of that and been fine. If you plan on riding a full weekend, you might be pushing it but all day....no problems. Figure at least 2-3 tanks of gas on a decent battery.

When I installed my TL at the end of last year I had a crap battery that lasted about 20 mins. It died about 300 yards off shore and ended up sinking to the bottom of the Atlantic and I had to drag it out with a 650sx. Needless to say I bought an awesome battery for this season.

MSD TL will usually help all engine setups to make more power and more hit for freestyle/freeride, also will allow you to run killer compression ratio's on pump fuel!

It came to me already wired up and air gap set and timing set for a mtr identical to mine. All I had to do was install the box where original box went, install plate in timing cover and flywheel and hookup battery cable, starter cable, and mount my on/off switch.

Hey Gil, you really should check the air gap yourself.
There is no "identical" motor with identical air gap.

Sure, that kind of thinking usually bites you in the ass later.
No matter how small it seems, it usually grows into something more of a pain in the ass later.

Ask me how I know.
