the problem with skis is youre gonna get bored real quick. thats pretty much what happened to our crew. the mx adrenaline is just so much higher. a ski might tide you over for a year or so.. but you'll be back in the dirt.. its in your blood...

we plan on starting to ride these silly little water toys again now that its the dead heat of summer again. :icon16:

you stopped because so many new ridrs were zooming by and making you look bad......Don't deny it....I know how it goes when extreme becomes to much for you.....a less extreme alternative must be found ..i e MX...unless your backflippin a dirtbike....
which your not...:haha:

lol, not really, but that must be the reason you started jetskiing instead of stuntin.. jetskiing is too easy.. anyone can backflip a ski. you know its true. it gets boring and repetitive very quickly. we've been over this a million times, so, sorry it hurts your feelings when i say stuff like that..

i think its great youre into skis now. keep it up. welcome to the sport.

Keep telling yourself that....anyone can backflip a ski lol.....thats why theres so many less riders doing them than in MX....anyone can hit the same jump 4million times....it takes real talent to spot the right jump and hit it at the right time....but i know youll make up some more excuses........we both know the truth

That friggin's sucks dude.

I too did the MX/SX thing for a long time. I don't miss it one bit. I have more fun jumping on my bike and riding the powelines behind my house. Maybe I'm getting old, who knows.

At least this will give us time to foothold your ski and turf it.

lol, well, i guess youre the man now mike. enjoy. mx is silly, its for posers. you win. jetskiing is way harder. timing a wave for a backflip is way harder than mx, you win.

sucks man...i have been there.....way to many times, i chipped my ankle two weeks ago on the bike i have been thinking about giving it up for the same reasons. but everytime i get back on the bike it makes it impossible to quit

Every wave is different, once you hit a ramp, its the same ramp. I do have to say skiing is a LITTLE bit safer. Both take talent though.

Safer......i guess sharks are safer than....i don't think theres any animal life on a MX track....And i don't see you drowning at the MX track....How is it safer?

:haha:

you're 100% right, there are NO sharks on the mx track, therefore, it stands to reason, that jetskiing is safer. case closed.

:haha:

no neck brace, no boots, no chest protector, no brakes, no gears, no manicured track, no same 6 jumps, no no no......

I agree that skiing is not as hard as MX (generally speaking), but I will say the right person on a ski is in just as much or more danger due to the height and difficulty of tricks on a moving ramp (wave) as a MX rider.

I'm not talking about your typical poser rider either, a real rider.

youre seriously gonna compare slamming down on dirt to falling in the water??

:haha:

oh man, classic.

do you sink into the dirt and drown, are there things under the dirt that would eat you, do you have to swim to the edge of the track???

what happens if you get knocked out???

so you really are comparing falling IN the water to falling ON the dirt?

how many jetskiers have been eaten by sharks or drowned??

:haha:

weak!!!! next.
