I'm doing a build right now myself and am interested in what you're doing here with your stator wire. What's the blue casing? Did you remove the stock flimsy black casing?

it still has the black casing, its just colored heat wire wrap that you can find at autozone

the jugs were sent to grupe k. they did a standord boar, wesko pistions, decked for more compression, intake and exhoust ported and polished. carbs were boared out and re-jetted, carbon tech reeds, r&d reed stuffers. it had a light weght flywheel that blew up on me so it is back to stock. i think its around 180pis or so.. i broke my compression testor when i was trying to use it. running yamalube 50/50 93/110 octane.
