hey guys picked this up and last year and fixed it up tell me what ya think! I'm gonna turf the rails when i get some time.

hey guys thanks for your input im gonna turf the rails this weekend. ive never used the stuff before im totally new to skis, any pointers on how to turf em im assuming you use contact cement? thanks

yep just let follow directions on that contact cement and rough everything up with sand paper where you will glue and clean it up with alcohol to degrease it.

cool thanks should i fold the turf up under the rail or cut it flush? ill post pics when i finish it

cut it flush, it will get ripped off from the water, just cut before you glue so it will look cleaner. i just actually did the turf on my rails today

looks amazing. get some 0 degree handle bars and shortend tun plate tho. pretty cheap and ittl change the handling completely

Yea i used smooth turf i couldnt figure out how to make good seems tho

i used dimond turf and matched the dimonds when i put it on

sweet 650...make sure when you put turf around your rails you put a couple coats of cement on first. I put 2 last season on my 650 rails and mid season some was falling off...
