my 701 x2, a few q's

hello all, Im just starting to dry fit everything so i know all the components work and align properly with no issues.

I have fitted my pump, fitted my bearing housing loosely along with the shaft. My question is you have alot of play in the housing as the bolts are smaller than the holes on the housing, whats the best way to make sure its aligned with the pump correctly? so i can tighten the 4 bolts on the housing then align my engine coupler to the drive-shaft coupler. I hope you understand my queries?!?

Leave them loose on the carrier, install engine without carb or exhaust, set alignment on coupler with shims if needed, tighten the carrier down.

Drive line will be lined up..
