sure, just post them here.
I know what part you are talking about, but i thought that umi or someone makes aftermarket pole bracket!?
The wood piece (template) you see in the picture has the demensions. That part can be made out of aluminum. The arrow that shows width points to the triangle gusset on the pivot pole mount that needs to be welded on by your local trusty welder. This plate that you make out of aluminum will go on the inside of the ski (above gas tank /water box) and you put the original plate over it.It may require longer bolts. The pivot pole bracket in stock form has reinfocement on one side (handle pole up part) but is left without any on the opposite corner which then breaks as the hull flexes from lack of support underneath.Make sense?

While your at it buy 2 more screws and supports that hold on the front gas cap cover assembly (see finger). These screws are 1'' back from the front bumber. when riding in the surf or doing subs / nose stabs at your riding spot without them the water will get under this front cover and rip it off breaking the back corners making you sad.

cracked this plastic intake grade (shoe) I believe its called?

anyone has an extra i can use or buy ??

I have a used one that will at least work for you to get you going if you are in a bind...but I would PM snowxr, he makes a nice aluminum one and are priced well at 75.00. Thats what I replaced mine with and it went in real nice.

I don't paint for a living just when I need to. Everyone has a favorite. House of colors is something everyone should be able to agree on. but it may be a little too expensive for you? nearly every major brand has its generic version too. I suggest finding a painter or a friend that paints for a living and get their help. Paint is something that seems easy but in reality its only as good as the prep and attention to detail, which includes your equipment. Yes lots of guys have awesome paint on the internet, but it pales in comparison to a what a Pro can do like Flacarncycleguy. who happens to have painted most of x-metals boats. those skis look great on the net and far far better in person.

you just have to decide is this a show ski or just a 50 footer( looks great at about 50 ft away) this will basically determine the quality of materials and workmanship.

again _ I know enough to know I barely know Sheit!

everything looking nice, will update in couple of days with pictures and details, but so far can tell you that product i have found is amazing and can do really nice job! and even easier job if you know few details to not waste time!

ttys...
