SX/SXi/SXi Pro My factory wet pipe limited chamber has a water jacket?

I just received a factory limited setup from a member on pwctoday for my 750sx. He had said that the headpipe had a piece welded on to protect the coupler from heat.

However, when i recieved it i was more even more bewildered. There is a water jacket on the chamber with two stingers next to the coupler.

Also a stinger was installed on the exit of the chamber and the one on the aluminum tube was blocked off.

The fitting on the bottom of the headpipe was also rotated to face the opposite way.

Now my questions are, What is the purpose of this and how am i supposed to setup waterlines?

They tried to run it dry, the water jacket is so they didn't burn up the coupler. The centre bleed stinger made it quieter and might have helped power

How would you reccommend running water lines?

My friends have a b-pipe setup the exact same way on a superjet but they have yet to try actually running it dry

Sweet. would running it dryer give better bottom end or top end?

Both. It gives better bottom end and increases the max rpms
