Rode a buddies ski one weekend a couple months ago and started looking for one that night. Its been a fun expensive process. Started not knowing the first thing about skis. Once I started I just couldn't leave the next part alone. Still tuning but for an old square she pulls hard.

You guys mean water outlets on the ADA head go to the carb (intake) side.

Yes that is correct, you want the water to stay on the exhaust side longer and it should exit carb side, just flip her around and you will be good

lol yes, opposite side of how they are pictured. Carb side.

I hope you put the final head bolt in as well...your missing one in the pic

The last head bolt doesn't line up. I didn't want to drill the head out to fit it so I took pictures and sent it to ADA. They are sending a new one out to me.

Does the cyl have a helicoil or timesert in it? Ive never heard of that from ada

They are helicoils. It's really weird though. It's about half the bolt hole off. I just need the motor to last the season and then I'll build something new though.

I actually had the head on the other way and the other side wouldn't line up. So I flipped it and just left it.
