Then I noticed my custom ebox had some light cracking from flexing I presume. Sooo I felt like playing with some carbon again. 10 layers thick 5.6oz carbon. Then sanded the back of the box and let it cure to the carbon plate. Then trimmed it up and coated all the sides in LeakSeal just to be certain I wouldn't get any water in. Just needs holes drilled once I get the hull back

Well thank God this is over... Padding and Turf done. Ended up angling the foot holds with a kicker and 1" padding on the floor with a lip at the heel. Also did 18mm of padding inside the foothold where the top of your foot hits. Long story short, padding galore lol. Feels comfy as a cloud lol.

Thanks guys. Its been a little slow progress this week but the goal is still on the water by Saturday. So far this week I have powdercoated all the stainless extrerior parts matte black, painted a couple other parts, shimmed and aligned the pump, installed the ride plate, intake grate, midshaft, handle pole, bilge fittings, pissers & bow eye. Tonight I plan to get the primer, limiting rope bracket, hood ratchet, bilge switch, ebox, and motor all bolted up. I'll post some pics later today of my progress :)

So its been quite a while since an update. Finally got her all together and spent the last 3 weeks chasing down tuning issues, ended up throwing a set of blackjacks on it which seems to have helped dial it in. Overall, I love it other than I'm pretty certain I need a steeper pitch impeller with more overlap like a hooker 10-16 or 11-17 cause I'm having a hard time hooking up unless the water is like glass, and even then at times can feel it cavitating. Otherwise its a blast, loving the new footholds, and breathing through the pole. Handling is amazing too, the widened rails really help with stability and recovering from jumps and such. Now I just need to completely relearn how to ride this "new" hull and get then hang of the new powerband lol. Such a great feeling to finally have this beast done and most importantly ripping on the water lol. Anyway I'll shut up and post some pics of the recent ride (nothing crazy, just breaking in the motor and trying to figure out how to ride again :p ).
