Here is the build I just completed the night before Wavedaze. It was a basic build for my 7 and 9 year old, to rip this summer.
The ski, both top and bottom deck, are yet another great product by TigerCraft. The bottom is a lightweight Kawasaki SXR hull and the top, Tony calls a Speedster. We were given a bare top and bottom and away we went!
The motor is a new bone stock (minus filters and exhaust) 750, that we took from a 1995 zxi showroom leftover, that never saw water! It was setback to get the weight a little further back. The internal fill 5gal tank and foam is from a 750sx.
The ebox started out as a rear solenoid/coil housing from a Seadoo. It now contains all the electrics, including the switch & power for the bilge.
Handle pole, steering system, chin pad and pole bracket is from Aura Alloys. Aurabillet@gmail.com
Pump is standard 140mm with R&D afterburner and SXR prop. An extended composite ride plate an R&D grate, finish off the hull.
