1. Adapter plates came with hull..they are stamped aluminum/pump plates as yami pump is longer than kawi and I do believe Eric Malone made them. Plate extentions for pump and a adapter extention conversion for mid shaft to convert from kawi to yami.
2. Engine took time/patience and a crow bar for me..dont use a aftermarket aluminum flywheel cover with limited slip tank..purchased complete 781 bb from JM with all bling and shouldnt have opted for flywheel cover as it added a inch or so..space is very tight..if your running a b pipe..tank, expansion chamber, waterbox all has to go in before engine..mount manifold before engine goes in then mount head pipe...expansion chamber is already bolted to waterbox.
3. Hand pole is xmetal. Eric ordered and had it cut down and welded for me..RRP works and you can cut tubes down yourself but dont know how long tubes are..my xmetal pole is a extendable and i have it set from pivot to bars at 28". Bolts are pinch bolts not through bolt (through bolt cant be used...bolts slide into pole/bushings from inside of handpole holes and screw into bracket and then double nutted from inside of ski hull on each side.
If you are planning on running a yami pump and trim you will need to convert the trim 2 right hand side of pump also you will need the kawi washer and metal c clipwasher to hold the steering cable instead of yami plastic c clip.
If You have any further questions hit me up, the build was a little complicated but I think I got it down pretty much. the ski i built, i believe, is very solid at least I hope..lol
