Accidentally clicked report on my own post. Ugh I hate smart phones. I really don't think the shaft is bent, but I might as well try aligning and a new shaft. I'm down to my final options. The motor is tight and has no play and does not bounce around or anything. Its really to the point im on my own, I've never had a problem like this before. I'll have to work it out, after all help online is very limited because you are not here to see the situation, and I get that.

Default sit down watercraft repair suggestions. Option #1, hook it up behind mom's car ,minus the trailer and drive minimum of five miles this way we know the hull and its driveline is trued for optimum couch performance .option #2 ,insert sock into fuel tank leaving fuel soaked end of sock exposed for ignition purposes and burn that floating turd of a couch , one less makes me happy where i ride :) problem solved ! glad i could help ....

Try removing the pump unit. If i remember correctly they bolt up right up to the back... then check your bearings and impeller.. all will be visible to see once its out of the ski. if you have a impeller removal tool.. insert it into the prop nose and spin with with a elec drill with a matcing socket or similar... Then with your hands and clothes out of the way....<< this is optional... check for abnormal binding or noises that you may not hear while the engine is running....

Other than that.......ride in deeper water...this will alleviate alot of your moms vibration issues

Who checks a driveshaft on a stone table, you said you had a dial, hard to believe your machinist buddy didn't use a dial first? How many times has this thing sucked up a rope, the most common cause of driveline vibration in a sit down btw!

Helping you is kinda like helping out a porcupine. You come across like a little know it all prick who clearly believes he is smarter than everyone else here. You ask for help but then spew poop back on why our advise sucks and how you already tried everything already. Would you continue to give advise to someone who acted this way? If you read back, all the advise was civil and on point until you started getting snippy with people.
