so ended up getting rid of the whole exaust out the back and ended up makind this to come right out the side

its built from 1/2" alum. plate and tubing is i believe 2" ? maybe 2 1/2" whatever the RN alum tubing is, welded it and took it to this local ceramic coating guy

its a little loud but it freakin rips and looks sweet i think:beerchug: and now i have no more fittings/anything in the back except for my one way on the other side!:Banane01:

Looks good Danny. Who do you use for ceramic coating?

this place A-1 coatings in seminole... i think 86th ave and seminole blvd.
it was $50 for this and my kenny keepers:Banane25:

I hope it doesnt happen to you but i had cavitation issues on a xjet that i had the exhaust exit there, you might end up moving it forward or splitting it with a front exhaust.

cavitation??? had it out today and worked out pretty sweet! did it happen running slow or on right turns or something??

What happened to your high-temp ABS exhaust?!? :eek:uttahere:

On a serious note, it looks good.

I just had a hole rubbed in my high-dollar silicone exhaust tubing by the carbs in my WCF ski and am seriously considering going with a front-only set-up like Yamaslut, but I'm afraid it will be too loud.

mainly on landings, if it didnt happen to you today then theres prolly nothing to worry about. I had a different intake tract on my ski and it could be the combination of that

Matt is correct, I do hate it for a few reasons, slow right hand turns cavitate horribly, if I get screwed up and lean too far over to the right it cavitates and I fall, and I can't side start on the right.

well took it out yesterday for about 3-4 hrs and it wasnt too bad.
didnt really notice cavitation unless i was trying to start on the right (which i dont b/c carbs are on that side) so i guess it should bother me too bad... slow right turns didnt seem to be a problem so im good with that.
one thing though was when going slow when the whole bottom of the boat was in the water it splashed in you face a little bit but if you kept it leaned over more on that side it wasnt too bad.

we'll see, overall not too bad, a little bit of a hassle but just happy i dont have anymore fittings in the back and thats one less thing to worry about. time will tell :headbang:
