Wow, looks great! I look forward to seeing it in Pismo this weekend... I will have my LPW Able powered SJ with me, We will have to compare. :biggrin:

Nice! Your motor looks sweet.

Maybe you can help me dial mine in. Tryed if for the first time today and the carbs are way off.

It would be nice to ride one that is spot on to see where mine should be.

I can guarantee mine is spot-on... too much power for the surf IMO. I'm running dual 44 Novis, BTW. Your 49's scare me a little, but I'm willing to give it a try. Always a little hard to tune in the surf but oh well we'll get it.

Badass ski man. Very clean.

Question though, I've never heard of an ABLE motor... can someone explain?

All billet mod-class cylinder made in the early-mid 1990's. Similar to the ADA cylinder.
 
how much was the paint job if you don't mind us asking? and did you do any prep, or did the shop do it all?

I completely stripped the hull, Did the reinforcements, Footholds, Tubbies, One-way valve, and refoam. It than went to the paint shop. They filled in the fuel filler, Smoothed in the tubbies, and painted the top, bottom and engine compartment. 1200 total.
