Pump shoe on this one was way off, Water box install took me awile to be happy with, breather hoses same way, Dumb 1/2" through hull fittings, Start/stop to short, Once motor is in cant reach anything behind motor.

Thats interesting, I struggled with my pump shoe as well. The pump sat flat and square and the driveshaft was true, but the pump shoe wasn't at a 90 degrees to the pump. I have a 4 to 5mm gap on the top edge away from the hull. I put a strip of wire behind the rubber seal and loads of silicone and it seems to have held. How did you fix yours?
The other thing I found strange was the final exhaust pipe exiting through the hull was way bigger than normal (can't remember the size), I had to sleeve some tube over the outside of the rubber hose and over the exhaust pipe.
Generally though, the quality seems very good, although the gel coat chips very easy.
