The hull it's self lost 45 pounds of fiberglass and wet foam. And that doesn't include what I cut off the hood. She's slimmed down a bunch

Just picked up a sn hull this last weekend and plan to do very similar mods, rocker nose, chopped rear, either bob foot holds like you have or build my own. still undecided on the nose if i will get the carter b kit or build my own and move the pole ahead. Are you going to put tubbies on, seems like some am hulls have then and some dont. Great build thread!

Yes tubbies are in the plans for this hull. I haven't done much work to it in a while because I'm building the motor for it right now. I'll get back to it soon though.

I ordered 3/8" pvc from mcmastercarr and Compact Plastic Submersible Cord Grip. Although you could probably get away with one size smaller on the pvc.
