Found out today that the brain is bad.

I called thursday april 26 and no answer or call back yet

I left a message with on April 27th and Eric called me yesterday.

nothing at all. called him and no return call. emailed him 3 days ago and no email. if he isnt going to take care of this he needs to let me know so i can put a lean on him!

I have yet to hear back from him. This is getting beyond just being to busy to call me. My family has been in business for over 30 years and we would never think of selling something that does not work or blow off customers

Got in touch with Eric today. He is going to run me through all the trouble shooting to make sure what i found i right and he said we will go from there

Still a non running ski, no contact from Eric. I started a new job with not much time off so I don't have a lot of time to work on it. Right now the ski is tore down ready for stock ignition.

My ski is back to stock ignition and runs good now. Hull still not fixed. Tried to meet up with Eric at finals to have him look at it but the camp ground security would not let me in to see him. Has not called to offer help either. Sorry took so long to post back I haven't been home much.
