Ok, I sent an email to AJ Handler, and cc'ed that other dude. I tried to keep a fairly neutral tone, and appeal on your behalf and not involve Alexs Petrovic in it. Hope it doesn't aggravate anything (not sure how it'd get worse though). Hope all works out

in the email.. Just wanted support Voila and any communication is better than none, my hope is that he'll see other people support her and make a voice instead of just standing idly by with a "wow that sucks, hope it works out" post.

This was supposed to be my first race, so there is no history and no reason for me to be banned.

That is against the rules.
If a racer can be banned because they know someone then ultimately the promoter is in control of who can win the championship.

I believe Matt was being sarcastic about you being banned because Alex is from Serbia (Not sure if your from there also - We actually met last year at Montgomery). People keep saying "We have heard Alex's side", but we really have not heard his side. he never openly said what really happened. I have heard, but I am not one to start saying stuff that I did not hear first hand, but what I did hear makes a good bit of sense as to what started it all.
I don't know the rules, so I can't say. I'll say it sucks and I'm sorry that you didn't get to race.

What is the reason for a sports organization not to follow their own rules and not inform me in writing and fans in general of why I can't compete?
There is no excuse for you to have to "hear" things. Why wouldn't a sports organization issue an official statement?
I trained almost every day for 11 months (since I delivered my son), so I can compete this year. And they can't even officially say why I am banned.

Honestly, I think you are owed an explanation from AJ.
As far as written notification.
This is not NASCAR, or the NFL or the NBA or The World Soccer Federation (Whatever that is called). This is a sport that is barely hanging on. The Promoters barely make any money. I know from experience the cost envolved in putting on races. And when racers say they are coming and do not show up, many times the Promoter spends way more money than he brought in from entry fees. If the promoters was able to secure outside money from Cities to come, then they may be covered, but this is not always the case. So, honestly, I would not expect anything in writing. There is no "Law" that says anybody has the "Right" to race or participate in any sport.
It is a sucky situation. But I will say this. I have raced at Nationals where AJ was involved in one form or another. I have raced at APBA Tour Stops where AJ was envolved also and can say he has always been very fair and respectful. I got mis judged and missed the Main at nationals. Bill Haig was spotting for me (It was an LCQ). he knew where I was, so did I. But they had me 2 spots farther back. I talked to him, he took the time to walk over to scoring and pull the lap charts. He was not able to change anything but was very willing and helpful. With that, I do not believe for one second that his actions are in any form being Racist or anything else along those lines. I will go as far as to say that I believe that what every was said was enough to piss him off enough that he enacted his right as Promoter to say "You and your team are not welcome at my events any longer for this season".

Here's my .02. It seems like Alex is always a victim in every situation. Race an ethnicity has nothing to do with it, but it probably has something to do with that AJ guy taking a stab at Alex's ego, which from all his posts, is not lacking in any area. I'm almost positive Alex said something inappropriate to AJ and it caused him to snap. So quit complaining, talk to Alex, and y'all fly under the radar at these events and just show up and race like everybody else. No pun intended, just from a normal viewers perspective as I read te tone that y'all post in on this site.

I know that everybody will claim that each story has two sides, but when another side has nothing to say... Anyway you look at it there is no fault on my site.
