Blaster My waveblaster 1 build

The build is already complete for now but I figured I would post some pics of it.

It was a stock waveblaster with the 62t/62t engine with dual 38s

This is what it looked like when I bought it in July of 2011.

Once the summer was over I completely tore it apart and sent it off to get painted.

Decided not to do to much "prep work" to the bottom but sprayed it white with an orange pearl

Painted to top candy orange.

This is the finished product minus turf and all the other pieces

Turfed the rails and started the footstrap install

Purchased a Coffman Sizzler exhaust

Kinda had to do some backyard rigging but it works great.
Purchased a shortened waveraider waterbox and bought a radiator hose from the autoparts store. Also added a Riva high compression head

Then I had to completely rebuild the engine. Got it bored out to a 82mm, hot rod crank and pistons (i know i have read bad reviews on these but they work great for me). Changed the impeller to a 10/18 Skat and rocked it for the year.

The paint job was horrible and needed to be redone so I basically did the same scheme but it looks 10000% better. The air brushing doesnt look like a sticker and the orange has more candy in it this time around.
Went ahead and did some orange and black turf also

I am very very happy with the outcome this year and the engine is awesome now. A lot of people dont care for the paint job but its not their ski!

Would like to thank the many members that helped me with the pieces I have purchased and JetManiac for answering all my questions and fast shipping when I rebuilt the engine.
