Made some good headway today. Got cables ran, modified trim lever for skAt cable, drilled holes for bypass fittings/bilge, got waterbox to fit, mounted pump. Went to put motor in but realized the bearing in the intermediate housing that came with hull is shot!!!!!!

went to bearing service here in town, and picked up a new bearing and seals for the thru hull bearing housing and placed hopefully my last order with Jetmaniac for this build.

Easy off oven cleaner will strip the anodizing off.

thanks for the tip, Might end up going that route and respraying it. The dupli color metal cast paint looks pretty sweet for rattle can.
