just out of curiousity, CAN paul still use jr magoos legally? i mean, i understand that he might want to ditch the name, but its a name that is well known and changing it, i think, will make it harder to start over.

Actually, you have to realize that most of his business will be local business, repairs, etc etc....... They are not going to know who Jr Magoo was........ whereas we all will know what the new name is and who owns it..............

The name change is really a non issue as far as all his local repairs goes.......

Magoo was/is Sue's nickname given to her by her father (at least that's what was explained to me)

If I was in Paul's shoes - I would not want my ex's name or nickname to be part of a business venture if I was no longer together with that person.
