Blaster name this head

Who made this head? Domes are 29cc. Installed on a 701. Any info welcome.

Greater Yamaha or west coast both look very similar uses head gasket

Oem head gasket ok. 61x or 64U gasket needed? Greater Yamaha and West coast out of business ? What's the deal on 29cc domes. Was this dome size made for recreational ridding or racing? Current compression is 170-175 psi.

Note..WARNING!... This is NOT a "greater Yamaha" head! It was manufactred by WPP for yamaha(Japan). As they did for the wejet Yamaha motors.. so u can lable it as a wpp/westcoast.. now for the warning...some castings did nor have same cooling pasages....as an OEM gasket(62t-61x) you must verify and possibley add to match whatever casting u have! Or you may cause ..a nother problem.. Note again.. those holes are for the water to MIGRATE. The way.. or path an engineer wanted..right or wrong..

Good info on gasket! 29cc domes bit of a mystery to me, anymore knowledge? Bought ski recently came with riva red pipe, head, msd, groovy ride plate and riva intake. Runs really good and was told by previous owner this B1 never saw water in stock form. Compression numbers good but never know if a top end may still be needed, thoughts?
