That small? It’s only maybe 3/4” x 1/2”. I put all motor shims back in appropriate order

That is the retaining clip from the start/stop harness. Goes between the ty wrap and rubber seal on the housing to prevent the cable from being pulled through.

I believe that's a motor mount shim. Was most likely stuck to one of your mounts when you removed them

Those must be the smallest motor mounts in the world. Lol
