300/440/550 name this waterbox help.

I had an exhaust leak and when i took out the tank to begin looking for it i had a split hose and found that both inlet and outlets of the waterbox were trashed, so i went and robbed the hose and waterbox off the second ski and it is different.
the one on the left is what was in the other ski(i bought both as a pair and using one for spares) the one on right was what came outta my running ski
if it's hard to tell from my crummy pics, the one on the left is full alum. and the other is either partial or full steel.

is the alum. one a stock replacement or some 3rd party box?

if it is an RN box is it ok to run on the 550?

Definitely not a rn box. It's an aftermarket box for a 440/550. It's hard to tell what brand it is if it isn't marked because most of the aftermarket ones look the same.

the one on the left is a 440/550 performance water box. looks just like a PJS but they usually have PJS and a checkerd flag stamped in the top of them. so it is probably a pjs clone. either way it should be a good to use.

the other is a fiberglass 440/550 stocker.

Looks like it could be either a coffmans or a PJS waterbox
