It's still not posted on NBC. Sometimes they don't post the footage when they'll use it for something else, so we'll see. Either way, when I get a copy from them I'll post it.

On a side note, went to a local food festival today and got recognized a few times as "the jet ski guy from TV". They can call me anything as long as they are aware about freestyle! :)

Guess we will have to count on parents to teach there kids to wear life vests. Its not Alex's job. Its just up to the parents to tell there kids that Alex is not real smart for not wearing a life vest. Same as telling them that rich drunking and drugged out ball players are bad people even if they are rich and on TV
or blaming McDonalds cuz your kid is a heffer!
Nice exposure Alex, keep Freakn flyin bro.

Sorry, I didn't mean to start drama over a lifevest. I just took it as I saw it.

Regardless, keep up the good work Alex, you have the drive and dedication to succeed. I wish you all the best!

Thank you everyone. I am sorry I didn't post it as soon as it was published on NBC -- I was waiting for an answer from IJSBA if they would put a link to it on their site, as I thought it'd be a nice thing for ijsba.com to show it first. Long story short, I was wrong, they don't want to post it.

The interview was a very nice experience, although, as you can imagine, when you cut down from 2h to 2min a lot tends to be lost. Not to worry, though, an extended version should see the light of the day some time soon.

I will also make some more public appearances which should hopefully help the sport to become more known. Last month was very gratifying for me as a rider, when you get to see reporters experience freestyle for the first time and be blown away. Since the day I saw freestyle for the first time, I have been convinced that this should be a major sport and it's great to see those who are not involved in it confirm the same.

I finally received the full version of the video. Joe Rose's reaction is great, and the thought of him on a standup is priceless!

Killer. Have to love the good exposure for this sport

x2. Great to see a positive F/S story on a major local show. We may argue a bit about the little stuff, but I think we all want the same thing: to be able to enjoy this little sport and perhaps even share it with anyone else who's willing to give it a shot. Nice going Alex.

Int he video link(not the youtube one) some guy wants ya to contact him about possible sponsorship, haha.

That video with techno music is awesome to watch
