Neat freaks, How do you clean your ski at the ride spot?

After my 1.5 hour drive home from the lake I'm usually not in the mood to clean my ski. I would have so much more motivation to do it at the lake after I load them on the trailer. What do you guys use to clean your skis at your ride spot? Our lakes are muddy water so just drying it off with a towel isnt going to cut it. Enlighten me.

There are plently of waterless washes available out there. I use this product all the time, and have a few bottles of it currently.

Or take a look at other waterless washes that dont already come in a spray bottle. You could bring a bucket with you from home with a couple gallons of fresh water, dump in the correct amount of wash into the water after riding, agitate the water and then wash your ski in like 5 minutes.

The Optimum No Rinse Washes are very popular in the detailing community, especially for those that live in apartment complexes.

Thanks man, I'm gonna give this a try.

You can get it at your local advance auto parts...they should have some other options as well. Use it with a good quality microfiber and youll get good results. I always check the clearance section at Advance because a lot of time they have these detailing products that customers are scared to try and you get for dirt cheap.

Big Kahuna washes me and my ski down.

He holds 5 gallons of fresh water, gamma seal lid, 20' 12v power cord to cigarette plug. 12' hose on shower wand powered by a rule 360. Spray a lil Ducky and towel it off.

This was given to me years ago by a guy that was making them. It would be easy to make your own.

I also use it to flush my sxr when I ride in the salt. Just switch out the spray wand for this hose fitting to a garden hose.

I looked those up. Kinda pricey but it might be worth it. I'm gonna try and find a used one on CL or something first. Im sure they come in handy for far more things than just washing skis.
