Super Jet Need a little help!

I just bought a 97 RN superjet with protec head, factory b pipe, dual 44, And he said something about ported but I'm not sure what he means by that! Anyway I thought I would be more powerful , I mean at the beginning it was now its loosing it. It has no intake grate he said he didn't need one, i opened the case to make pictures do you guys could help me fix the problem. I also think its not carbureted well maybe you guys could help me there too! Cause I'm thinking about putting two 38, cause I'm reading it would give me more bottom. Any advise is welcome!! Here are some pics

looks like its been getting a lot of water in there to wash the pistons. loose those flame arrestors and go back to a stock box. those outerwears will chock the engine once saturated with water to.

Grab a beer and a chair and dont touch that ski anymore until you do some homework. I dont think you should be messing with swapping out carbs just yet if you dont know what porting and flame arrestors are (no offense). I'd run the 44s if thats whats already on there.

But yeah I think I'll stick with this now. I'm having electoral problem and I don't know nothing about it! Could you help me locate the solenoid? My ski is not starting, ad when I put the + on the positive it seems it doesn't get a right connection

On pic #3 it looks like there is a 3/4" rust ring around the top of the inside of the front cylinder sleeve. Looks like a puddle of water sat on top of that piston. Did this ski sit with water inside the motor?

Probably yeah! Cause something is wrong with the electrical part 'cause I can't start it after I flipped it! The battery is new an its sparks a little with no click when you hit the start button! It worked fine also after the flip when I tried to start it. Don't know what to do! Opened the ebox and there was some water cleaned everything dried everything! Don't know what else to do

Is that a ground wire just chillin' not connected to anything? (brown with yellow clamp) I'm sure you know it's disconnected? but i think it's part of the starting system.

Nope. It's the positive of the bilge. I don't know why but this guy sold me that without switch of the bilge and the kill switch that is not working! When I fell of it keeps going in circles. I left it like this cause I liked it more, but now that Ilits not working I am afraid. I open the ebox yesterday and there was water in it. I don't know what could be broken. I would like to avoid to buy a hole new ebox just because I don't know where the problem.
