Need a little help

I've tried all the usual tricks. Heat, oil etc... This has never seen salt and only had 3.8 hours installed. But I can't get it to budge.

I've got to get these separated ASAP.
Any tricks I don't know about?

May I suggest: please, get it off that beautiful hardwood flooring, Have a helper use /stand on the 24" pipewrench at the spline tool. Place a min. 3' pipe over the wrench and pull/ jerk sharply in the same direction as person standing. The wrenches in the op's pic are on the left and look in the proper position for pulling on aforementioned pipe if the (open end of) wrench was rotated somewhat higher first. Yes, imp has l/h threads. It feels very "springy" when you twist, because as mentioned above , the long shaft acts like a torsion bar.

Best thing I have ever done is slide a stock 61x manifold under the middle of the shaft and it keeps it from flexing. Even the most stubborn ones seem to come right off. Set the manifold on the ground, lay the shaft right in between the two exhaust ports.

End of it in a vice, then stand on it. And I use the handle off my jack to slide over the wrench for 3ft of leverage. Comes right off.
Also lefty tighty, righty loosey. :)

If you broke your vice you can take it to the driveway and roll yoir car/truck tire over the "wrench" to keep it planded (worse case) be very very careful not to back over the shaft itself!! Then cut the end of your box wrench off and slide a pipe over it. Leverage is your friend. No heat req

When I kick this phenomena it will be. The vice that broke wasn't made to handle that stress. I know all the normal stuff and yes I know it's left handed threads. I put it on properly with marine grease. And hasn't been on long. Just surprised it's this stuck. I've taken 20 year old crusty stickers off easier. Was hoping someone had a different approach.
