SX/SXi/SXi Pro Need hand adjustable high and low speed screws 750sxi pro

750 sxi pro and I am looking for new hand adjustable fuel air high and low speed screws. Help anyone.

I just got some from WWW.EXTREEMTHROTTLE.COM, he is a member here. I just got them last week and have yet to install them, or even open the package yet, so can't offer feedback yet. I am putting them on dual keihin's that are on a kawi 750.

why dont you just take a small washer that fits in the existing screwdriver slot and JB weld it in? i use a piece of stainless steel MIG wire, put it in the slot and smash it with vice grips.

i just made this one in 2 minutes

Hi again Jon,

How do the EXTREEMTHROTTLE ones attach? Hard to tell from their add. Also, I did a dopy thing by pulling all four needle jets out at the same time only to discover they are slightly different. How will I know which is LOW speed, and which is high?

2 of them are high and 2 low. they only screw in the correct holes. the low screws are the ones lowest on the carbs. highs are closest to the flame arrestors

Got around to installing them today on the Keihns off of my 750, had to grind down the bosses around the needles so the knobs would clear when turned all the way in. The knobs fit a little loose on my needles and when you tightened up the set screw they sat crooked on the needles a little bit. Used some loctite and we will see this weekend if the stay in place or fall off. As long as they stay in place i am happy with them.

I got mine from mike at optima racing, they are the t-handle style and work perfectly. Think they were about 50 bucks

Hi Jon,

Thanks for posting the pics. The EXTHROTTLE ones look sano, but will have to see if they stay put. If not, I will likely go with T-handles. Great to talk with a rider that can actually install and test this time of year. Right now in Michigan... ALL ridable water frozen!

So far got little over a tank full run and they are still on place. I hear you on the cold weather, I live riding and not gonna let the weather stop me, was out today and temps are around 45 for both water and air.
