Need help, any one have any ideas on how I can fix this or what I need to order to fix it?

Looks like you had too much slack in the trim cable. Remove the cover over the pulley, put the cable back on and tension it up so it doent slip off again. Bolt pulley cover back on

I started having that issue too, on tail landings the nozzle would trim up on its own upon landing, slacking the cable, and getting off the pully...

I put 1 zip tie around both cables at the midpoint between the pully and the cable anchor points.. helps it keep a tear drop shape when slacked
