My bilge pump wasn't running and didn't realize it and then the ski shut off and Now I can't start it at all. there was Enough water to cover the stater but it didn't going to the Carbs unless it Splashed inside. I'm not too mechanically inclined so if you could just please specifically tell me what to try to do what I'd appreciate it!!

You need to put it in the water and ride it hard for 15min. Only way to get the water all out is to put a load on the motor.

Ask me how I know...

dude this is your second or third time posting a thread like this. You need to build a boat that gets the water out better, or learn to fix this problem when it happens. No more (I don't know how to wrench) excuses, or you will end up paying a lot to replace your motor everytime you sink the ski.

sorry to be so blunt about it, but good luck with that crankshaft if you don't go run that motor hard right now.

To do that, leave it on the trailer(backed in at the ramp) and run it for 10 minutes under a load with the pump in the water at least. Or up against the dock if you don't have a trailer.

It gets it out fine when the bilge runs. I was thinking it wasnt a water issue because i pulled plugs on shore and didnt shoot out water from holes. Figured it was electric issue but luckily not.

Keep a better eye on your bilge. When I fall I frequently look down at my bilge. If something isn't coming out for an extended period of time then something is wrong. Sounds like you had a substantial amount of water in your engine bay.

It sounds like you took all the right steps and you know how to fix the issue. Just try to prevent it from happening if at all possible in the future. Water intrusion is a b!tch, but something that you need to get locked down. Maybe a new hood seal or new hood hooks/ hood prongs that allow you to create a tighter seal.

Keep the bilge on from the time you leave shore until you come back in. You will not run down the battery down. If your bilge is staying running then you may have an electrical short some where. Track the wires and get that problem resolved.
