Need help, in big trouble

Hey guys. I know Im gonna hear tons of why did u take it apart but anyways. I took my engine out to take the intermediate bearing housing out to make sure I didnt blow out a seal from over filling it with grease. No biggie, Engine came right out.

The problem is I took one of my motor mount bolts that go from the mount to the hull out, or at least tried to. The bolt turn about a 1/2 turn then stopped. I know they put them in with red loctite so I stopped and heated the bolt head to almost 300 degrees. Back and forth working it with the heat and the wrench and the bolt still wouldnt move much more. I had to take it all the way out since it already backed off the tension on the mount. I kept working it and working it then the bolt head snapped off. I have a bolt stub about 1/4" sticking out of the insert in the hull. Now Im in trouble.

I was in the process of takign the motor out that way and since the bolt head broke off I took the motor out via the 4 bolts from the motor to the mounts. So its out now and I have this broken off bolt stuck in the insert in my hull. I cant get it to move. we tried heat and more heat. I almost think they stripped it out and just jammed it in there but could be my fault. Anyways the other bolt for that mount came right out. My insert seems to be twisting a little now also. This bolt is really stuck in there. Any ideas?

Im gonna call the service shop and see what they can do under warranty since the motor mount bolt broke and I took it apart not to change anything to void a warranty. Can I get this insert out somehow and put a new one in there? I dont know if I can just twist the insert out somehow but I dont want to break off the remaining stud sticking out or Im totally screwed. Maybe I can get a new hull and sell mine, lol. I couldnt find the hull on rivas part fische. Please let me know and I dont need to hear the why did u take it apart in the first place because I understand I screwed up and its too late now.

BY the way its a 2008 superjet, lol.

he will tell you exactly what to do. They have worked a lot with this hull and situation. you need answer? Call them in the morning-

I ended up putting a metal shield around the bolt, like a 4" circle with a hole in the middle for the bolt. Then I ground a flat spot on the bolt. I put vicegrips on the bolt stud. Then I used a mini butane torch. The little hand helds with the 2" flame and heated the bolt up to 350 degrees with a temp gun then the loctite finally released and the bolt came out. The insert stayed in there and is pretty tight actully.
