looks like you are missing the screen and the cover. The is a circular disk that sits in there that acts as a screen to keep foreign objects out of the carb and the there is a cover that bolts on top of that. You could just go buy an aftermarket flame arrestor and avoid tracking down those parts. Looks like your missing the fuel delivery that goes on the gas tank as well.
