Blaster Need help on a stock spec blaster build

Ok New question I broke the plastic fuel selecter knob taking it off, ive herd a lot of people just bypassing it what exactly do you need to do with the extra line pictures would be great, also now your going to have a hole there would that be a horrible place for a bilge pump bail out?
Cap off reg line, and run single line from res pickup straight through filter and to carb
 
Thanks for all the help Im used to racing dirt bikes where anyone can podium on a bone stock bike, all the am parts selections are confusing
 
Lol ok question number 356 I bought a used umi steering system with bad bearings for cheep bought a ss rebuild kit, can you rubber mallet the bearings in or do they need to be pressed in??
 
LOL, if he wrecked in a straight away, how was it the sponsons' fault? They are 4 inches out of the water in a straight line.

But, yes, the sponsons make the blaster a much harder turing ski. They have a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you will have a hard time going back.

Looks good, like the all white. Ive always liked black skis, but now everyone and their mother has one, so can't go wrong with white! Plus, if you get tired of the look, just change the graphics, everything goes good with white.

He's your buddy. That was the last time he ever ran them. They came off the ski before the next moto.
 
Buddy or not, if he wrecked in a straight line, it wasn't the sponsons fault. Every national and world title, east coast and west coast title, obtained on a stock hull blaster has been won using the JAM sponsons. Handling is each rider's own personal preference, but the guys winning everything on blasters, especially on stock hulls, all use our design.

Factory head pipe settings anyone know what a good staring point is with the factory head pipe im running a limited chamber 35cc domes msd enhancer hooker 11/17 any help would be great
