Need help water leak

Can anyone help me on this issue?

Water is coming into the waveblaster only when driving not idling.

Could it be the missing driveshaft seal near the intake?

Has the midshaft ever been rebuilt? It could be coming from the midshaft bearing and seals, or it may be coming through where the midshaft housing mounts onto the gunwale (I believe that's the correct term).
