Other Need help wiring up electric box 2000 Superjet

I have been having an on going problem with my superjet, and have replaced about every part of the electrical system. (also exploring any other potential remedy, including a priest to perform an exorcism) I have a brand new stator, flywheel, start / stop switch. Tried- different coils, CDI's, and MSD enhancers. and now am going to replace the rectifier to see if this helps. The problem started in the electrical system, and still feels like it's an electric problem. (feels like something is shorting out)
The ski starts right up on the trailer, rev's and idols great. The ski runs great for the first 20 min or so across the bay, till I get to the ocean and really start hitting it hard, then anything over 1/8 throttle the power breaks up and the ski runs like crap. The more I ride, the worse it gets till I end up limping back into port. I see no visible exhaust leaks, and the motor is running cool, I can hold my hand on the block no problem. Compression is decent 160 in both cylinders. ( I will check the reeds just in case)
Can anyone tell me the correct way the electric box should be wired when using an MSD enhancer. This is how I had it wired-
From MSD - black to ground, black to coil, orange to coil, red to soleniod, other red to rectifier and start/stop switch, brown to brown/white to stator, white to start/stop, white/pink to white/red to stator
From Stator- green to rectifier, green to rectifier, black to ground, brown/white, white/pink to MSD
From soleniod- black to ground, brown to start stop
From rectifier- green to stator, green to stator, red to start/stop and solenoid, black to ground
From start/stop- red to rectifier and MSD, brown to solenoid, white to MSD, black to ground

Thank you, for any help or possible suggestions Mike

you should have white/red not white/pink wire.my ski did something like that ran good on trailer put it in the water and half throttle to full ran like crap i did everything what your doing and it turned out to be a bad coil.you have a electrical grimlin you just have to keep searching.if your reeds are to bad it wont run good on trailer or on water if it even starts at all

Thanks for the input. I looked up the MSD website and found a good wiring diagram and went over all the connections. I have an electric bilge pump with no inline fuse. ( I will now put in a fuse). I have tried running the ski with the bilge pump completely disconnected and have had the exact same results though. I am going to look deeper into the bilge thing.
Another strange thing happened the other day while water testing the ski on the trailer. I strapped the ski down onto the trailer had my buddy stand on it (with the pump underwater) he ran it while I looked inside for anything unusual. I did not see any exhaust leaks, but when we cut the motor it looked as if a little exhaust came out of the front carb. (we both saw it) exhaust or atomized fuel ? I'm not sure. That's what made me think there could possibly be a problem with the reeds/ carbs. I then rode the ski for 5 minutes with no hood on it, I did not see any exhaust leaking. It's true the symptoms of an exhaust leak could be confused with an electrical issue, but I don't see anything obvious. Again any help would be great.
