Need help

I took my 440 out for the first time and it ran really bad. It was bogging down and I was so disappointed I think it is air fuel issue. The carb and coil is the first place I'm going to check but I'm not sure how to adjust the high and low setting

If its an old round body bn carb toss it in the trash and get an sbn, put a fresh carb on there and it'll run like never before
