Need opinions for a tool I'm developing (engine temp)

I run a water restrictor inline after the head during the winter once the water gets into the 60s or colder. It's worked great to keep an ideal temp. I think a inline thermostat would be the ticket, have replaceable thermostats to get the ideal temp.

As for the LCD, I think fuel lvl, lake/engine temp, and rpm's would be cool.
