The Kawis are faster, handle better, and cooler people ride them.

Yamahas are light and jump easily, a better freestyle ski. TONS of aftermarket and are easy to work on.

You see, SX-Rs are like Corvettes where SuperJets are like Miatas.

That's a bad analogy, feller.

Corvette.
A plastic fantastic Bat Mobile driven by old gray gentlemen who are hoping to remember their youth. Is well known for poor handling, build quality and reliability. Poor mans Ferrari most often found at golf course parking lots.

Miata (also known as the MX5)
A true sports car which reintroduced the world to pure roadster driving fun, fun that got lost in the pudgy post fuel crisis motoring world. A car that is raced all over the world in many classes and even in it's own formulas due to it's popularity. Loved by enthusiasts for the fact that it is an affordable and reliable platform that can be abused for many years in any conditions without any issues. The one that restarted the roadster movement, can be seen at a race track, autocross event, club meet or favorite twisty road near you.

LMAO!

Joey, I just bought a 90 SJ 2 weeks ago. So now I have one of each. I like them both for different reasons.......it's like the corvette/miata story.

$550 sounds like a great deal to me, you better jump on it before someone else beats you to it.

sxr's are like lifted chevys with chrome shocks.

lots of people start with 'em, but those who are serious about the hobby move on to much better platforms.

Buy that ski I almost did can't believe he still has it. Then since your in Ohio come ride with me I can't find anybody else with a standup to ride with. Oh the only reason I didn't buy it is a want a round again. I have a square 2 FX1's and a kawi pooper750
