Need some help... out of ideas.

I did that today, blew just as hard out the other end as it was coming out the compressor.

Just to make sure.. you should blow the air backwards. It something is lodged it's most likely lodged going forward and air going forward won't necessarily help.

The other thing you can try is drilling out the fitting on the pump. There is a lot of extra brass on that fitting and it can be hollowed out a bit if you're careful. You can bore almost a millimeter off that fitting but don't quote me on the bore as I'm just going on memory.

I did, i blew it from the motor to the pump.

exreamly lean con dition due to a blown seal in the bottom end

ie: cranks seals
crankcase drain intake seals
carb seals

I don;t think it has a air leak. It will hold pressure until you puill on the crankcase drain. And then you will hear it let the pressure go.
