Surfriding Need some Help with DASA 1100 - 10 Mil motor

Looking for some starting points for jetting and prop?
Im installing a DASA 1100 - 10 mil motor. I will be hooking my 48 mm full spectrums up. I am currently running a 14-19 prop and 144 mag pump.
Im from Mass, water temp is currently around 46 degrees only ride in the ocean.
Ill be running pump gas,
Thanks for any help,

Peter

I bought my dual 49 FS from a new DASA 10 or 12mm stroker, it came with Ed Brazinas jetting (wich seems to be the same for allmost every engine combo)
High 135 -
Low 127.5 -
N/S 1.8
Spring black
I second that your pump is gonna be a bottle neck in your setup.

I rode a XFR with a Dasa 10 mill 1100 last week. It was b pipe, msd enhancer, pump gas, 144 Mag and it ripped. I was riding it in choppy surf so it was hard to get a good feel but it was pretty insane. Hit way harder than most of the 950's and 1000's I have ridden and most of those had better parts on them.

Depending on how much you tune it and how much you want out of it the 144 may be fine. Im running one with a 10mm 89 bore motor with a 9/17 and its fine. The 1100 does not have that much more in my opinion running it thw way you are set up. When you want more then get the 148.

Yeah but i guees is far from awesome. 144mm pump size was born in a 650cc with 60 hp. I really think that the pump size/setup is where ALOT punch and BRAAAP are hiddin in these BB/stroker combos.

These engines are great, your engine builder should be more than able to help you out. Our Dasa 10mm 1100 rips hard on pump gas we were extremely surprised with performance over 1000cc with the same stroke.

I have almost the setup as peterlocal22 (I will be running Novi48's) and have the same questions... I will run the b-pipe and enhancer this year and up grade to TL and PFP next year... I hope. That being said, I'm going from a 701 to the 1100 so I think a tamed 1100 will be a big enough of a difference this year. So, any idea what impeller would work best in our setups?
