that sucks. i've been in your shoes with my car before. unfortunately you cant see any blue in the pic and there were quite a few blue ski's down there. you'll probably never find out what it was or if it was even a ski that hit it. with all the moving of ski's and quads and everything else i doubt you will get a positive ID on the culprit. feel sorry for ya, good luck with the investigation. :dunno:

when did we start riding trailer queens? your ski has some minor damage, ride it or fix. no big deal. if you cared that much before it happened you wouldn't have left it on the beach.

Well that ski was dropped on the hood of my ski when you guys were moving it sudsy morning. It's messed up no said anything and my ski that was a very clean hull now has 2 good sized cracks and blue paint on it.

you do realize that there was more than one blue ski there (uhhh....the stock sj paint for most of the years is blue). I'm the black one right behind yours, and I was one of the first few people out there that morning. I was out even before the guys on quads were out there.

People were moving stuff around all day...the guys on the quads had moved skis down to the beach that were in other ppls way even before the owners had gotten down there. If I remember correctly, I believe there was a blue ski on the quads trailer from the previous night . I think those guys moved it down to the water, and just left it there. I remember seeing this and I went down there and pulled it up a bit further because the water was slapping up against it (AND THAT OWNER WAS PROBABLY STILL SLEEPING!!!)

It does suck that your ski got damaged, but i wouldn't say it was "THAT BLUE SKI" unless you physically saw the ski being dropped on top of yours. That being said, I didn't see anything happen to your ski while I was there, but I was riding by 9:30 latest.

that was my ski. thanks for lookin out for it. thats what i was talkin about stuff gets moved. it doesent excuse the damage that was done but it happens. just like gas cans are stolen and other BS goes on. its part of the rides and its part of life. not everyone is honest or gives a $hit about other peoples stuff, unfortunately.

you know it does suck it happened i like my stuff to look nice too, i take pride in what my stuff looks like, i pay xtra for the nicer paint or anything...it may have been an accident. i know from when they took my ski that the trailer was very unstable going through the sand attatched to the quad, but if it was that, which you will never know, i would throw down money to help pay for it cuz the guys running skiis were working there a$$ off all day for us to ride

what if it was a blue cooler? or a big blue tampon? i going with a big blue tampon.....
thats probally more like what happened, a cooler. fact of the matter is, x2s arnt spring chickens by no means. there getting old and fragile. our group also takes great pride in how our skis look also. that being said, we also dont mind whipping the piss out of them either. good luck

Consider for a moment that it could have happened and nobody noticed. I watched as people were moving skis Sunday morning, it is possible that a ski was loaded on to the beach cart being pulled by the quad and the quad driver got too close and the ski while on the cart bumped your ski. I witnessed one issue that was averted because I was there, but can not say it didn't happen to yours.

I am sorry your ski was damaged we try to make every effort to make sure everyones stuff is safe and all have a good time. I hope it all works out for you and you will come next year.
