Ok so we all set ratchet straps to keep our skis from moving. About how many ratchet straps would you say you use on the regular, wether it be your your dirt bike, atv, jetski, etc. If you were going to pick something up how many ratchet straps would you bring with you. Or how many do you keep in your truck. 2,4,6? Just been curious. I have about 50 ratchet straps amd use the same 3 no matter for what.

4 for my ski
3 for wife's ski
6 in truck for hauling scrap once a month but usually only use 3, 1 is bent/broke and hardly works at best anymore but I still have it lol
In my truck
4 or 5 in milk crate in garage

they are not all ratchets though

At any given time there are probably about 6 ratchet straps in the truck bed. I figure those would do most jobs or get me close enough to a place I can buy more if needed.

I only use ratchet type, done with the cambuckle tyoe that loosen.

2 stainless dedicated for rear of the skis.
4 bolt-on retractable on my util trailer.
6 nicer ones for misc moving, etc.
2 10' in the vehicle at all times.
And a bag of old bent up rusty (old ski ones) ones for loan out.

IM a ratchet strap whore .. I keep however many fit in an orange home depot 5 gal bucket . ( NEVER ALL BALLED UP .. nicely wrapped ) they are like zip ties ... many many uses lol
