Amongst all the opinions did I miss what size pump it has?

I believe all 15f's have a 148 mm pump

I would hate to buy one brand new and before I rode it cut foot holds in it ..or drill holes for foot straps ..dunno why they wouldn't make something for your feet to stay in place ..im not a racer and don't plan to be .so I will stick to my sj and braap of boat wakes

This is not the kind of boat you put footholds in, its over 500lbs, 8' long and does 60mph! Footholds and straps are also not legal for racing.

Speedmagic shoehorned a 15F in an SXR hull about 5~6 years ago.

I had seen this quote, just wasn't sure as to its veracity. It was hard to believe they had actually produced a ski that large. That kind of heft saps my interest in the ski. I'll probably just go with a new SuperJet.

Yes because those 701s are monsters.

My whole point wasn't about speed and power. With a 701 in the engine compartment you would have more room for your beer cooler, folding tent/chair and gas grill. Can't wait to get mine so I can put an aluminum arch with some rod holders and a sun shade for some offshore trolling. Real men fish standing up.

I am really confused by their marketing approach to the WORLD FINALS reveal, a lot of the points they where making where not properly targeted at the WF crowd. "...easy boarding.., ...without the learning curve we had in the past, the 15f motor is easier to maintain (uhhhh), less expensive to maintain (lol wut), ....here are social hashtags..." who the hell is this guy?

Does anyone know what the SXR 1100's weight?

Around 420 in a stock hull, 360 in an aftermarket. Mine weighed in the 360 range +/- 10 lbs depending on my muffler/waterbox setup. Some add a bit of ballast for weight distribution, but certainly not 150 lbs worth.
