I purchased this ski with this intent. New 2023 superjet bought in the crate, purchased the extended 4 year Y.E.S. warranty with it. uncrated and installed the Unlimited Fixed steer hood. I only had straight bars laying around so I used them and swapped to a taller bar (as seen in the pics). I've done about 1hr of break in time (yes, im breaking it properly). It will need about 30 more minutres of break in. This is a great ski for people that love the old x2 or don't want to deal with a pole or have back issues. It's extremely comfortable and well made. I have not painted the hood to match yet as I wanted to get it installed. Buyer can have it painted to match or leave it black (look great black also in person).

23 sj $10,799 MSRP (no freight, no prep, no fees nada)
4 year warranty $900 (my cost not sure what retail is but im sure its more)
Fix steer hood conversion kit $2300 (what I retail them at)
Bars $80 (only part not included in kit)
$14,080
Asking $14,500 OTD

As a fixie rider for way more years than most on here , I am not so sure on the comments regarding back unloading and being easier to learn on , in my experience I have found just the opposite to be true , that is a sweet looking setup though.

until you've ridden one, you wouldn't understand.... think of leaning on your counter with your arms, the bars and ski are supporting you, you're not trying to hold the bars up...
Refer to the post below Kevbo's , Harrison can attest that I have ridden fixies for years now. If you pole is set up correctly it's basically just floating, you are holding up very little actual weight , at least that's the way my pole skis are set up , like I said not knocking your ski in the least, I think it's great .

I would agree to disagree on it hurting your back tho. fixxies are all i ride. if i ride a pole ski my back is dying after a short time. (unless your'e just cruising which I am seldom doing).

I bet this thing is absolutely amazing to ride.
Im thinking X2 1000% better!
I dont think im ready to convert but my mind is leaning that way more and more LOL
I assume these can be easily side mounted? I side mount my pole skiis anyway.
