Hey guys!
For almost a year now our team has been working on a new mobile app for action
sports lovers! It's gonna be a social network with tons of useful features – slow mo,
filters and outstanding points earning system for every good trick you`ve made. We
have already collected a database of hundreds of stunts for 18 disciplines featured in
our app, so whatever you post - Shrick will know it! Plus, you'll be able to share your
tricks very easily: editing, adding slow motion, posting, commenting - everything is done
with the means of just our app! Also, every post will let you score points (the amount
depends on the content and likes/shares the post collected) and compete with riders
from any part of the world - including pros, who use our app!
We are in the finalizing stage of our app and in this November already we'll be sending
out keys to our beta-testers. Learning what riders think about our app is crucial for us,
so we're inviting all of you to participate in the beta-testing.
While we're still working on the launch, you can subscribe to our facebook page to read
all the latest news about the development and other cool stuff:

Didn't Clickboom try something like this on his website? (The jet ski equivalent to National Enquirer). World championship points system bs ? Both seem pretty lame to me.

I went to their Facebook and site. They haven't listed all the 18 disciplines, but did have references to kite surfing, bicycles, skateboard, slide boards, falling down, figure skating, springboard diving, street walking, parkour, skimboard, double dutch, and hopscotch. Totally extreme, bro!

not sure I'd use it, but it is cool they are coming on our site and recognizing our sport.
Well, we appreciate honesty but thanks for your opinion, it's valuable. we are trying to cover every sport, where people may want to share their achivements and get rated by the society. You are like participating in a newer ending worldwide championship, isn't that great?!))

^^ lol. "Falling down" I love it. Made my morning start with a quick laugh
Happines - is what we always want to deliver, bro!)) Seriosly, when you would choose to stop laughing take a second glance at what we are proposing, if everybody use it you can rate your achievemnts with a videoproof of what you have done. Totaly unique idea, bro!

THanks! Shrick is actually an accronym of "Share tricks", so we want everybody to be involved and be able to see what other people do, how other people rate them, and see how they rate you comparing to the society.

Ohh i was laughing at snowxr's comment, but i might check it out man

The idea is very simple – you film your tricks, polish them with our built-in filters and
tools (like adding slow motion) and post them for your friends to like and share. All this
lets you score points and boost ranking among friends and globally! Points are added
not just for likes, but also for the fact of creating a post and for every stunt you do in the
video. This defines your ranking in our leaderboard, that lets you see your place among
friends, in the city, in the country and globally of course! So it’s sort of an international
challenge, like a World Cup that’s for everybody! =)
By the way, if you failed to do a trick but still posted the video of it, you also score
points! It’s another important part of our project – to encourage all kinds of extreme
sports activity!

We've got amazing news for you guys! Shrick gives you an opportunity to win one of the
TWO awesome custom-designed longboards from some of the top firms in the industry!
We've launched a photo contest on our Facebook page, and the boards (one by Anvil,
another by Mike Boz, tracks) will be distributed among the first two places. But that's far
from the full list of prizes we've lined up for you! All you gotta do is submit a photo of
you doing a kick-ass trick and collect the most votes of other users! You could team up
as a forum community, supporting one or a few candidates ;) And before you ask, it
doesn't matter what extreme sport you're into, the contest is for all riders! Here's a link
to the full list of rules (don't worry, no catches there!)

Hope to see you soon among the participants and good luck!!!
