Looks like exhaust has a Transfer type porting, Goes out, down then out to manifold. No way it would run being that low.
Seems like that's the only way to squeeze it in there with the powervalves, I wonder if there are existing engines with a similar configuration?

Although...the PV blade would have to be right at the edge of the inner bore to effectively change port timing sooo..drawing a straight line down from the center of that PV bellows would put the blade (and therefore the port window) lower in the cylinder than you would expect it to be. I'd say to work with the valve, it would have to be a straight shot runner from port window to manifold, which would make it very steep and give it an odd cross section.

I'm stoked to see something new, more options is a good thing!
It's really cool to see somebody try something completely different than what's currently available. It would be even cooler to see a section view of that CAD model across the center of the bore so we could see how the intake and exhaust look.

Yamanube and jetfriend, I'll have the page up on Wednesday with all the specs. It's 100% designed from scratch with custom cases, crank, pistons ect its an 82mm stroke with 88mm bore and runs 144mm rods for a 1.76 rod to stroke ratio. It's a 3 port exhaust with 3 stage power valve system to vary the main exhaust port in 2 stages and open and close the auxiliary exhaust. I'll have section views and animation up to show all the changes and why then.

Just watched the YouTube video. I knew it was motocross tech!

@Krash this is awesome! 100% built in Australia is a big plus to many of the non believers including myself. Nick I very much appreciate what your doing for the sport. This changes thing for a lot of folks. Hope to see one stateside soon! The concept is awesome and it looks cool. I guess this explains why @chrisgrace is selling his ski
